    • Luffyson, You can use other methods for Samsung S7 or S7 edge if this one doesn’t work for you. Just search for your model on the search bar and you’ll get plenty of methods to perform, use the one which has the best users feedback.

  2. hello i followed the steps and when i tap learn more the enhanced feature option is not there at all as a matter of fact none of the options are there. Please advise i have galaxy s7 edge.

  3. Ive followed all your instructions & thank you there really good, One problem is once Ive typed google account manager & you say tap view on the email one? I dont have one that says email??
    There are 5 or 6 options but none of them say that. Hope you are able 2 help.
    & one other thing pls, when I tried the “share” route (wizard pops up)
    Mine was just blank, any idea as to why? Thank you hope to hear from you soon.

  4. Can someone here help please. Bought a Samsung S7 last month and inserted a screen lock password. Now it won’t take the password and I cannot even do a hard reset, as once I try, it asks me for password, which is why I need to do a reset in the first place. Each time I try the password, I need to wait 1 hour to retry. Now, here on this site I’m reading that phone has Factory reset protection. Is there something I can do to bypass this and reset the phone? I have the phone added on a google account and tried wiping phone without success but don’t have a samsung account. thanks for your help.

    I can’t after holding down the screen, when I try to share, I don’t any logo of “samsung wizard” it just said that there is no application…

    What should I do?

  7. On my galaxy s7 edge the terms and conditions are in the first screen where you select the language. It does not allow me to hold down a word and select share. I’m still stuck trying to reset my phone. Please help!!
